When you are able to provide more than 24hour notice, it is deeply appreciated. This will allow us to fill your appointment spot with someone on the waiting list in need of a treatment.
A “no show” fee of $75.00 (effective Oct 1, 2020) will apply.
- With less than 24 hours notice to cancel appointment.
- Clients who fail to show up for scheduled appointment will be charged and pay the “no show” fee in full before getting their next service.
No show fees are payable by the client and not claimable from insurance coverage.
- Exceptions to the “No Show” fees will ONLY apply in the event of a medical emergency requiring urgent professional treatment, death to the family and natural disaster.
