Booked an RMT session, but the therapist that handled my care was not an RMT and therefore my... health coverage through work (Canada Life, which I've had no issues with other RMTs) did not cover this.The office worker didn't tell me this at the time, and reassured me that this was covered; I would just have to pay the full amount today.read more

Terrible Experience, do not recommend.Went there for a massage last week due to tendon pains in... the shoulder. The room was cold and so were the hands of the masseuse, and people who have had joint or shoulder pains would know how sensitive they can be to low temperatures, which is not pleasant at all.During the massage the person (whom they claimed to have more than 20 years of experience) refused to massage the area I felt the pain in, despite me asking them repeatedly that they are massaging the wrong area, but they replied with "that area is too hard to massage I don't want to do it." My hour-long session ended up being cut off a lot earlier because I was feeling more and more uncomfortable with the freezing temperature of the room, and I could feel the pain becoming worse. They still charged me the full price anyways, despite the entire session just be rubbing skin and nothing else.The shoulder tendon ended up worsening throughout the week, despite me going into that session with already little pain. After my message day I would wake up from pain on some nights and had to get myself a hot water bag because the pain was becoming that bad.Do not go to this place, would never recommend it to anyone.read more

I always enjoy my sessions at Chillax Massage and Wellness Center. Everyone from the receptionist... to the therapists are always helpful, professional and caring. I’m very happy with my prenatal massage with RMT Daisy. I’m 29 weeks pregnant and I’ve been having... back aches and the massage helped me a lot. Daisy is very skilled and professional. A 5 star score is not suitable at all. I had a scheduled appointment suposed to be ont he 27th but... unfortunately I got called in for work for an emergency hospital transfer that day. I called them ahead of time that I wasnlt able to make it that day and I was told to pay $65 charge for cancellation of the appointment. I told the receptionist that it was never my intention due to a life and death situation but I wsa told to pay still. So not worth yuour money... Find somewhere else if your shcedule is the same as mind or if you work in the medical field as well just like mine. There are still way better place to go for your massage without charging you lots of dollars for emergency situations that will hinder you to make your appointment.read more
